Korea as the world's best in the high-speed networks infrastructure(http://www.technologyreview.com/communications/25567/).S. Korean government deserves receiving most of the credit for these successes. S. Korean government’s continuing innovation policy in collaboration with private sectors facilitated the rapid growth and successful implementations.
Global market leadership in mobile communications is the best practice resulting from such collaboration.
